Tuscany Chicken Bean Pot Style


8 chicken legs, skin removed
4 Tbsp- flour
2 red onions
6 garlic cloves
1 15 oz can tomatoes
2 oz- anchovies
3 Tbsp sun-dried tomatoes
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
¼ cup- capers (optional)
½ cup- olivessalt and pepper

Preparation:
1. In a plastic bag, mix flour, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and shake until meat is well covered.
2. Put chicken in Bean Pot, add chopped onions, minced garlic, canned tomatoes, chopped anchovies, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, vinegar, and Italian seasoning. Mix.
3. Cook on 250 for 6 to 8 hours.
4. Then add capers and olives, and cook on 425 for 15 min.
