Apricot Glazed Pork Roast


4 pounds boneless pork loin roast
1 (18 ounce) jar apricot preserves
1 (10.5 ounce) can Campbell's Condensed Chicken Broth
1 large onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard

Instructions1. Mix broth, preserves, onion and mustard in 3 1/2-qt. Bean pot. Cut pork to fit. Add it to Bean Pot
Cover and cook on 375 3 hours.* or until done
